This feeling. this feeling is so amazingly tingly. it fills me up from the ground up. from the tips of my toes right up past the lump ridden throat and out through the top of my head. like a warm rush. a rush of relief a rush of realisation that i am actually in control of my life. i am an adult. i am just a pile of cells that will only ever exist once in this lifetime. why waste it hiding? why waste it, in any sense? i am my own person. i am not a clone. i am a unique snowflake, actually. i have took a long swift stride forward and my stride will only strengthen and quicken and become more confident with time. i appreciate everything. it is time to start living life to the full. never looking back, just keep moving and looking forward. positive. positive attitudes, positive outlooks. it is time for change and the change has already begun. i am ready. i am keeping my head up and i am ready to fly.

I do love the scent of sea water, from the edge of a cliff, away from all the unnecessary things. This is the smell of the wild, the freedom and beauty of nature. I love the feel of the cold damp grass beneath my bare feet. I love the sound and feel of my heart beating in my chest, warm, against the elements. I love the embrace of the wind, the hairs standing on the back of my neck, such beautiful sights and sounds, crashing waves and coloured stones. Black seaweed rises up from the waves. This is one of my favourite places in the world.
